The delivery service operates in Vanadzor.

The order is delivered within a day of its acceptance.

Shipping charges are:

• 400 drams for shipments up to 20,000 drams,
• free of charge if the amount of the shipment is 20,000 or more.

Urgent delivery is made within one working hour at a rate of 900 drams.

*In case of delay due to unforeseen reasons, you can pay 400 drams for a shipment up to 20,000 drams or receive it for free if the amount of the shipment is 20,000 drams or more.

Exchange and return

The product is eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The specified product has not been used
• Product and its consumer properties, packaging, product labels are not damaged
•  The customer has a cash register receipt issued with the product sold.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personal hygiene items (combs, hair clips, curlers, wigs, and chignons)
• Perfume and cosmetic products
• Baby food
• Feeding accessories
